I found this article about Kerry Mansfield on the blog of alittlenurse [source: ilikeartalot]. I actually checked out the photographer’s page and discovered so much more.

She is a photographer that liked to capture the “The idea of Home” through her photographs, but she was later diagnosed with breast cancer. So, she made an album of photographs that captured her reality as a breast cancer patient and survivor. Her work is know as “The Aftermath”. It illustrates what she looked like - Pre-mastectomy, post-mastectomy, during chemotherapy, recovery, and post-reconstructive surgery.
